Request approval of a Resolution approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Fulton County, Georgia and the Atlanta Development Authority D/B/A Invest Atlanta, by and through its designated special agent, Atlanta Beltline, Inc., for the payment of compensation for the removal of trees at the Government Center; authorizing the Chairman to execute the Memorandum of Understanding; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the Memorandum of Understanding as to form and to make modifications thereof to protect the County’s interest. Funding is in the amount of $27,600.00. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)
