Request approval of a Memorandum of Agreement between Fulton County Government and the University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc. (UGARF) to provide the Certified Public Manager's Training Program (CPM or Certified Public Manager Program) for Fulton County employees at a cost not to exceed $175,000 annually, with an initial term beginning July 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2027, and four (4) automatic one-year renewal terms for a total potential contract value not to exceed $875,000. Scope of Work:
The Department of Human Resources Management recommends approval of a Memorandum of Agreement with the University of Georgia Research Foundation, Inc. (UGARF), through the University of Georgia Carl Vinson Institute of Government, to provide the Certified Public Manager Training Program (CPM or Certified Public Manager Program) to Fulton County employees.
The Certified Public Manager Program, offered through the University of Georgia's Carl Vinson Institute of Government under the National Certified Public Manager Consortium, is designed to improve the effectiveness, professionalism, and performance of public-sector managers.
