Request approval of recommended proposals - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, RFP#21RFP130182C-MH, General Landscaping & Lawn Care Services for Countywide Facilities in the total amount of $1,300,000.00 with (A) ReIMAGE General Contractors, LLC (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $1,000,000.00, and (B) WorldScapes, LLC (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $300,000.00, to provide on-site landscape/ground maintenance and lawn care services for all 106 County-own sites to include the Fulton County Executive Airport - Charlie Brown Field. SUMMARY & BACKGROUND Request approval of proposal to provide on-site general landscaping and lawn care services for all 106 County-own sites to include Fulton County Airport for FY2022.
Scope of Work: These contracts provide on-site general landscaping and lawn care for 106 countywide facilities to include the Fulton County Executive Airport - Charlie Brown Field. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, maintenance of ground covers, annuals, perennials, shrubs, trees and irrigation systems.
