Request approval of the lowest responsible bidders - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management (DREAM), Bid #16ITB98998C-DR, Janitorial Services for Selected County Facilities in the amount of $1,184,535.00 with (A) Mason's Professional Cleaning Services (Memphis, TN) in the amount of $639,614.20; (B) Acsential Services (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $103,014.64; (C) Property Choice (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $159,788.36; (D) Diversified Maintenance (Birmingham, AL) in the amount of $168,877.48; and (E) Advanced Building Group, LLC (Marietta, GA) in the amount of $113,240.32 to provide general cleaning services for selected Fulton County facilities. Effective dates: April 1,2016, through December 31, 2016, with two renewal options. (APPROVED)
