Request approval to execute "Apartment Rental Contracts" for a total of 18 apartment units for a term of up to one year between RAM Partners, LLC and Fulton County/Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funded Permanent Supportive Housing Program for homeless women with children; with one member of the family having a disability. Authorize the County Attorney to approve the rental agreement as to form and substance and make modifications thereof prior to execution by the Chairman in order to protect the interest of the County. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)
