SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: A single bid analysis was conducted and The Department of Purchasing and Contract Compliance determined it is in the County's best interest to proceed with an award.

The Department of Public Works recommends approval of lowest responsible bidder to American Flow Service, LLC with two renewal options.

Scope of Work: This contract will provide all required maintenance and repairs on publicly owned fire hydrants within the Fulton County managed water system throughout the North Fulton service area within the cities of Alpharetta, Johns Creek, Milton, Mountain Park, and Roswell. Public Works staff will direct the contractor on an on-call basis. The ITB contained cost proposals for a wide variety of services that could possibly be required for fire hydrants maintenance and repairs.
