Request approval to amend an existing contract, Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, 22RFP038A-CJC (B), Fulton County Behavioral Health Network with Chris, 180, Inc., (Atlanta, GA) in an amount not to exceed $1,433,015.00 to provide behavioral health services and supportive services for diverted youth, as part of FY2023-2024 SAMHSA Grant, FY 2023 Behavioral Health Partnership for Early Diversion of Youth SM-23-012. The County Attorney is authorized to approve the amended contract as to form and to make modifications thereto prior to execution. Effective upon BOC approval. (APPROVED)

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The Fulton County Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD), in partnership with the Fulton County Juvenile Court (FCJC) and Fulton County Schools (FCS), proposes this Youth Diversion Program (YDP) to provide early diversion services to 1,080 youth with a mental illness or co-occurring disorder (COD) who are involved with, or at risk of being involved with, the justice system.
