SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: Fulton County, Registration & Elections has been requested to conduct Special Elections in conjunction with the General Election / Non-Partisan Election on November 3, 2026, and the General Election Runoff on December 1, 2026., for the City of Sandy Springs.

Scope of Work: Intergovernmental Agreement for Fulton County to conduct Special Elections in conjunction with the General Election / Non-Partisan Election on November 3, 2026, and the General Election Runoff on December 1, 2026., for the City of Sandy Springs.

Community Impact: The approval of this proposed Intergovernmental Agreement will ensure the Departments adheres to the state election laws.

Department Recommendation: Department of Registration & Elections requests approval.
