Request approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement between Fulton County and the City of South Fulton, for the provision of the Digital 800 MHz Radio System Access, October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026 with three (3) automatic renewals commencing October 1 of each successive year, in the amount of $384,057.00 annually for years 2025 and 2026 and $407,082.00 for years 2027 and 2028, and for the Records Management System (RMS) in the amount of $175,904.15 annually covering October 1 - September 30 of each successive year. This amount is a revenue increase to Fulton County for services provided. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

Request approval to enter into an Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) with the City of South Fulton. It is desirable to have a unified system to include entities on the system who affect and further the goal of protecting the citizens of Fulton County's health, safety, and welfare, and provides public safety services to the citizens of the City of South Fulton. The ability of public safety providers, police, fire, and EMS to communicate by radio on a common radio system increases the response effectiveness of first responders to emergency calls ...
