Presentation and request approval of the following FY2026 Final Adopted Budgets, FY2026 Budget Resolution and FY2026 COLA Eligibility Resolution in accordance with the Budget ordinance which provides for the Board of Commissioners to approve the final budget either on the first meeting in January (January 7, 2026) or the second meeting in January (January 21, 2026).

c) 2026 Final Adopted Fulton Industrial District Fund
d) 2026 Final Adopted Animal Services Fund
e) 2026 Final Adopted Emergency Communications “911” Fund

g) 2026 Final Adopted Risk Management Fund
h) 2026 Final Adopted Special Appropriations Funds
