Request approval of a contract renewal – Department of Health and Wellness - to renew a vendor contract between Sibley Heart Cardiology Center and Fulton County’s Children Medical Services Program. Previously, this account/vendor was activated as Emory Egleston Childrens Heart Center. Children Medical Services strives to provide a community-based, family-focused, coordinated, culturally appropriate, comprehensive system of medical/health care for eligible children, birth to age 21, with chronic medical conditions. Effective date: January 1, 2016 through December 31, 2016. This program is 100% grant funded, meaning the County does not match any funds. (REMOVED)
