Request approval of a Resolution to approve conducting a local rate study for the water basins impacting South Fulton County; to determine if any improvements are needed to the water and sewer treatment facilities in the area; to ratify actions taken by the staff; to mandate the results of the study be presented to the Board of Commissioners for review and to determine whether a rate increase is needed to support any recommendations from the study; and for other purposes.
