Request approval to renew existing contract – Atlanta-Fulton Public Library, Bid# 16ITBC104551B-BR Shelf-Ready Adult, Teens and Children Books in the total amount of $1,533,820.00 with (A) Baker & Taylor Inc. (Charlotte, NC) in the amount of $1,069,027.00. (B) Brodart Company Inc. (Williamsport, PA) in the amount of $464,793.00 to provide adult, teens and children’s books for library patrons . This action exercises the second of two renewal options, no renewal options remain. Effective dates: January 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019. (APPROVED)
