Request approval of a recommended proposal - Office of the County Manager, 21RFP206340K-BKJ, Jail Feasibility Study in an amount not to exceed $1,199,545.00 with a joint venture of STV Architects, Inc., and TreanorHL, Inc. (STV/TreanorHL) (Atlanta, GA), to provide a feasibility study to evaluate options for the Fulton County Jail as well as, on-site headquarters for the Sheriff's Office Jail Administration operations. The term of the contract shall be for an 18 month period or until contract completion as determined by the County. The Final Report shall be completed and submitted to the County within nine to twelve months of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. The contract will commence as of the date the Notice to Proceed (NTP) is issued. (APPROVED)

The Jail Feasibility Study will analyze and identify the long-term options for the jail that would include refurbishing and/or expansion of the current facilities, purchasing/leasing an existing facility or constructing a new jail. Identify financing options including traditional and non-traditional funding mechanisms.
