Scope of Work:

This Resolution will authorize the Sheriff to implement an overtime rate of two (2) times the applicable employee’s hourly rate.  This authorization pertains exclusively to exempt and non-exempt personnel within the detention officer and deputy series assigned to the Jail Units. The authorization takes effect beginning the next work week or period, whichever is applicable, and remains in force until the allocated funds in the non-agency budget specifically earmarked for this purpose are depleted.
