(Decatur, GA), to provide domestic water piping replacement at the Fulton County Government Center Complex Tower and Public Safety Buildings, which this is a continuation of the water main replacement project that was started in Phase I. Effective for a period of 180 calendar days upon issuance of the Notice to Proceed. (APPROVED)
