The Police Department recommends a public hearing and approval to be held on April 15, 2026, for the following alcohol beverage application.
Citgo Happy Store whose owner Mr. Subhan Ahmad have made application to the Board of Commissioners for the retail sale of Wine and Malt Beverages at the business located at 4060 Martin Luther King Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30336.
The application was received by the Police on December 4, 2025 and complies with the Alcohol Beverage License Ordinance Section 6-20. Compliance reviews have been conducted and approved by the following departments: Police, Fire, Zoning, and Code Enforcement. The Fulton County Attorney's Office has reviewed the application package and has determined it complies with the Fulton County Alcoholic Beverage License Ordinance.
