Request approval of a Resolution to acquire Real Property Interests for the Danforth Sidewalks Project NO. T-260; to authorize the County Land Administrator to purchase said Real Property Interests; to authorize the County Attorney to approve any necessary documents as to form and substance and make any necessary modification, in order to protect the interest of the County, prior to execution.
