In accordance with Resolution No. 16-1011, dated November 2, 2016 which provides that the County Manager and the Finance Department are directed to allocate and utilize BeltLine PILOT payments for capital improvements in accordance with the Library Master Plan.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND THE Fulton County Library System request approval to use Beltline TAD Funds to provide Program Management Services and Construction Services for the completion of Phase II library projects.
Scope of Work: The Fulton County Library System request approval to use Beltline TAD Funds in the amount of $998,000.00 for continued Program Management Services and Construction Services of remaining Phase II library projects. Program Management Services will extend from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023.
