Request approval of the attached MOU with the Georgia Emergency Management and Homeland Security Agency that will authorize the Director of the Atlanta Fulton County Emergency Management Agency the ability to access the gema.ga.gov and gaemgrants.com, as applicable to access forms, request time extensions and submit requests for reimbursements with supporting documentation for the Emergency Management Performance Grant (EMPG) Program.
