SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The current Jury Assembly Room (located in the Justice Center Tower, 185 Central Avenue SW, Suite #T-7000, Atlanta, GA 30303) is a highly utilized area in which potential jurors must assemble while awaiting potential selection for trials. The seating in this room was first installed in 2018 and, due to the high daily volume of jurors, has become both structurally and aesthetically worn. This request is needed to replace the damaged and worn Jury Assembly Room seating and includes removal of the existing seating.
