SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: To provide standby utility pavement patching and paving services.

Scope of Work: The contract provides standby utility pavement patching and paving services for pavement patching projects. These projects repair pavement damaged by water and sewer maintenance, installation, and repair that total up to less than 300 square yards. The work consists of providing all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for the construction, installation, and emergency repair of streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, and other pavement within Fulton County. The work includes providing an emergency paving repair crew on an as-needed basis. The work will be performed in various locations throughout Fulton County.

Community Impact: This contract will improve the community by patching pavement, sidewalk and driveways damaged by water and sewer maintenance, installations, and repairs.

Department Recommendation: The Department of Public Works recommends approval.
