Request approval for 2018 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds and approve projects for (1) an agreement with the City of Fairburn for Infrastructure and Utility Relocation near Dodd Street and Campbell Street ($162,487); and (2) an agreement with Union City for Lester Road Pedestrian Sidewalk Improvements that meet ADA standards ($162,487); Authorize the Chairman to disburse funds, and execute and administer contracts and other related documents consistent with the federal programs and this Board action; Authorize the County Attorney to approve these contracts as to form and to make modifications thereto prior to execution. The funds are 100% grant funded. (APPROVED)
