Request approval of Amendment No. 2 to an existing contract – Socrata, Inc., RFP #16RFP118621BTR, for Organizational Performance Management System, with Socrata, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Tyler Technologies, Inc., for access to the new Socrata Connect Government Cloud (SCGC) platform and available modules. There is no funding associated with this agenda Item. A $600,000.00 funding for the contract, as amended by Amendment No 2, will be encumbered through the AML List process for 2019.
