Request approval to renew an existing contract - Fulton County Library System, 21ITB129242B-YJ, Newspapers, Magazine and Serial Subscriptions (Books-Periodicals, Newspaper, and Serials - Multi Languages) in the amount of $109,000.00 with EBSCO Information Services (Birmingham, AL) to provide Newspapers, Magazine and Serial Subscriptions This action exercises the second of two renewal options. No renewal options remain. Effective January 1, 2023 - December 31, 2023. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
This request will provide Newspapers, Magazine and Serial Subscriptions (Books-Periodicals, Newspaper, and Serials - Multi Languages) for Fulton County Library Systems. The vendor will have an online database of titles and will provide the FCLS access to the database at no charge, in order for the FCLS to search titles, submit orders, cancel orders, claim materials, and check status.
Scope of Work: This action allows the library to provide a wide selection of print periodicals, serials, and newspapers for Library patrons.
Community Impact: Fulton County citizens can access over 5,000 titles based on subscription requests.
