Pursuant to Fulton County Code ? 1-117, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners has exclusive jurisdiction and control over directing and controlling all the property of Fulton County, as they may deem expedient, according to law.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
Scope of Work: The City of Roswell is seeking approval from the Fulton County Board of Commissioners to execute a long-term lease agreement for County-owned real property located at 575 Riverside Drive, Roswell, Georgia 30075. The subject property is currently used as a park for residents of the City of Roswell and Fulton County. The Department of Real Estate and Asset Management (DREAM) and the City of Roswell have negotiated mutually acceptable rental terms, subject to approval by the Board of Commissioners.
The City of Roswell has requested this long-term lease agreement be executed prior to completing planned improvements that include a new amphitheater facility, a new water-park feature, resurfacing and expansion of onsite parking lots, and new entrances.
