Request approval of a Bond Resolution to provide for the issuance of Water and Sewer Revenue bonds, (Series 2020A), in order to fund various capital improvements to the system, and provide for issuance of Water and Sewer Revenue Refunding bonds, (Series 2020B), to provide resources to refund the existing 2011 Water and Sewerage revenue refunding bonds, and authorize preparation and delivery of relevant documents and actions. (APPROVED)
