SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: This statewide contract provides provide preventive and corrective maintenance services for the Fulton County Animal Services Facility located at 1251 Fulton Industrial Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30336 for FY2025.
Scope of Work: The statewide contractor (facility maintenance) will be required to provide facility management and technical expertise to protect the new facility's capital investments and to effectively maintain the interior equipment, systems, and spaces in accordance with manufacturer/builder recommendations for the preventive maintenance as well as perform corrective maintenance (repairs) on an as-needed basis.
