Request approval to amend an existing contract - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 21ITB128258C-CG-(A), Janitorial Services for Selected Fulton County Facilities (Groups C, D, & G) in the amount of $111,520.00 with A-Action Janitorial Service, Inc. (Lithonia, GA) to add the Fulton County Central Warehouse to the existing contract Group C (Central Libraries) and assume the janitorial services responsibilities according to the terms and conditions of the contract. SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: To amend existing contract to add Fulton County Central Warehouse to Group C (Central Libraries) for the remaining four months of 2023, September 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
