Request approval to amend an existing 2019 Community Services Program (CSP) contract with Hosea Feed the Hungry and Homeless, Inc., to increase the funding award by $63,000 to service more constituents within their current scope of work (rent and utility assistance); authorize the Chairman to execute the amendment.
