Request approval to renew an existing contract - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, Bid#19ITB118796C-BJK, Fire Extinguisher Testing and Maintenance Services with ProTec Fire Protection, Inc. (Loganville, GA) in the amount of $100,000.00 to provide fire extinguisher testing and maintenance services on an “as needed” basis. This action exercises the first of two renewal options.
