Request approval to amend an existing contract - Department of Real Estate and Asset Management, 24RFP103124C-MH, General Landscaping and Lawncare Services for Countywide Facilities with (A) ReIMAGE General Contractors, LLC (Atlanta, GA), to add the (A) North Fulton Sites (20 County facilities/properties) to the existing contract so that ReIMAGE General Contractors, LLC can assume full landscape maintenance responsibilities beginning January 1, 2026. Effective upon BOC approval.

In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-420, contract modifications within the scope of the contract and necessary for completion of the contract, in the specifications, services, time of performance or terms and conditions of the contract shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.?

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND Request approval to amend existing contract to add the (A) North Fulton Sites, consisting of 20 County facilities/properties, to ReIMAGE General Contractors, LLC's contract so that the Contractor can assume full landscape maintenance responsibilities beginning January 1, 2026.
(A) North Fulton Sites:
Provides comprehensive grounds and turf management program to include routine landscape maintenance, design and installation, arborist, and landscape architect services for 20 sites located in the North Fulton area:
