Request amendment to the Co-Marketing Agreement entered into on March 2, 2022 (Item #22-0139) and acceptance of a grant in the amount of $10,000 from Microsoft Corporation (Redmond, WA) to support facility and operational expenses of the Public Art Futures Lab, an initiative led by the Public Art Program. The amendment will:
* Extend the Co-Marketing Agreement for two years from the effective date (previously 1 year).
* Extend Exhibit A-1 (Marketing Plan No. 1) from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2023.
* Amend Exhibit A-1 (Marketing Plan No. 1) to include an additional contribution for $10,000 to support facility and operations expenses.
