SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: This contract will provide alcohol and drug substance abuse testing services to the Fulton County Police Department and Fulton County Sheriff's Office
Scope of Work: The scope of work consists of providing alcohol and drug substance abuse testing services to include specimen collection, laboratory analysis Medical Review Officer services, and result reporting. Services cover pre-employment, random, reasonable suspicion, and post-accident testing.
Community Impact: Enhancing public safety, fostering accountability, and reducing harm.
Department Recommendation: The Police Department and Sheriff's Office recommend approval of this item.
Project Implications: Testing services help reduce absenteeism, turnover, and on-the-job injuries.
