Application by John Hairston for Amerco Real Estate Co. seeks a 3-part concurrent variance as follows: to allow existing roof signs to remain (Article 33, Section 17.H.); to allow a 50-foot tall internally lit pylon sign with a total sign face of 329 square feet to include a 73 square foot changeable copy readerboard (Article 33, Section 17.A.) and; to delete the 15-foot landscape strip along the street frontage (Article 12.N.4.A.1).
