Request approval to extend an existing contract – Community Development, 19-3003673, DeKalb County Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan at no additional cost with Mosaic Community Planning, LLC (Atlanta, GA) for an additional 12 month period for the completion of the County’s five-year Consolidated Plan and Annual Action Plan through December 31, 2020.
