Request approval to enter into a partnership agreement between Helping Mamas and Fulton County to provide a diaper distribution program at locations throughout the Fulton County Library System. This agreement is effective upon approval and will remain in effect until modified or terminated by each party. This agreement has no fiscal impact. (APPROVED UPON ADOPTION OF THE CONSENT AGENDA)

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The Fulton County Library system recently established a social services program. Through this program derived the relationship between Helping Mamas and the library system. Helping Mama's through its Diaper and Baby Supply distribution program, purchases and receives donations of diapers and other essential items for families with young children, and distributes those items to individuals and families in need. This is a needs-based program delivering a vital staple to the Fulton County community.
Scope of Work: Through this program, Helping Mamas receives donations and purchases diapers for families with young children and distributes those items to individuals and families in need.
