The Police Department recommends a Public hearing to be held on March 17th 2021 for the following alcoholic beverage license application.

Geselle Wine LLC whose owner Mr. Donte Campbell have made application to the Board of Commissioners for the Manufacturer and Wholesale of wine at the business located at 4460 Commerce Circle Unit C. Atlanta Georgia 30336.

The application received by the Police Department on January 27th, 2021, complies with the Alcoholic Beverage License Ordinance Section 6-201. Applicable requests for compliance review have been made to the following departments: Police, Fire, Zoning, Code Enforcement and the Board of Education's Transportation Department.

Upon completion of the Police Department's investigation and receipt of approvals from appropriate departments, a final hearing for approval will be scheduled before the Board of Commissioners.

Department Recommendation: The Fulton County Police Department recommends approval of this item.
