Request approval of an award without competition - Department of Health and Wellness, 16SS101449A-MH, Georgia HIV & STD InfoLine, in the amount of $97,500.00 with AID Atlanta, Inc. to provide accurate, culturally competent, and timely information and referrals for individuals who call the Georgia HIV and STD InfoLine or email with questions or concerns regarding STD/HIV transmission, testing and linkage to care. The InfoLine is funded 35% by the State of Georgia, Department of Public Health and 65% by the Fulton County Department of Health and Wellness (FCDHW) with funding from the High Impact Prevention Program. Effective upon BOC approval through December 31, 2016. The contract is 100% grant funded. No county funding is required. (HELD)
