Request approval of a Resolution authorizing the approval and execution of an Intergovernmental Agreement between Fulton County, Georgia, and Atlanta Housing Authority of the City of Atlanta, Georgia, for the provision of In-Home Services, Community-Based Programming and Transportation Services for senior citizens within Fulton County, Georgia. This Agreement will be administered by the Department of Senior Services and will provide services to Atlanta Housing Authority’s eligible seniors aged 60 and above (e.g., Case Management, Transportation, In-Home Services, and Home Delivered Meals). Atlanta Housing will reimburse Fulton County for the services in the amount of $50,000.00 during the term of the Agreement. Effective upon execution through December 31, 2020 and subject to being renewed. (APPROVED)
