Request approval of a recommended proposal - Behavioral Health, Developmental Disabilities, 25RFP1349711A-BKJ, Qualified Block Grantee - Opioid Abatement Settlement in the total amount not to exceed $644,002.00 with (A) Ascensa Health, Inc. (Atlanta, GA) in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00; (B) Aniz, Inc. (Atlanta, GA) in an amount not to exceed $101,010.00; (C) Atlanta Harm Reduction Coalition, Inc. (Atlanta, GA) in an amount not to exceed $100,000.00; (D) Empowerment Resource Center (Atlanta, GA) in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00; (E) Mary Hall Freedom Village, Inc. (Sandy Springs, GA) in an amount not to exceed $142,992.00 to provide support a range of services related to Opioid Use Disorders (OUD), including Treatment and Recovery. This is a one-time procurement. Effective upon BOC Approval.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND: The Fulton County Regional Advisory Committee is requesting approval of selected agency proposals to receive funding awards from the 2025 Opioid Abatement Settlement funds. The Request for Proposals (RFP) was released 3/26/25 and closed on 4/29/25 with receipt of 12 proposals.
