The Department of Senior Services recommends approval of Common Courtesy to provide Alternative Senior Transportation Services. The Department manages non-emergency medical transportation through its MOST model (Mobility Options for Senior Transport). The Alternative Senior Transportation Service program is designed for seniors aged 60 and above who are more ambulatory and do not require assistance beyond the use of a cane to walk.
Scope of Work: Common Courtesy upon approval will develop partnerships with local Transportation Network Companies (TNC's), e.g. Uber, Lyft or any combination of providers to establish dispatch/concierge services for senior residents of Fulton County aged 60 and above.
