Request approval to renew a Lease Agreement between Fulfillment Services International (FSI) (Landlord) and Fulton County (Tenant), in the amount of $10,000.00 for Warehouse Management System (WMS) located at 7800 The Bluffs, Suite C, in unincorporated Fulton County; that will provide a flexible, cost-effective, efficient inventory control platform to meet its Cooperative Agreement objectives for the High Impact HIV Prevention Program. Effective upon BOC approval through December 31, 2016. This is 100% grant funded program with no requirement for county matching funds. (REMOVED)
