In accordance with Purchasing Code Section 102-420, contract modifications within the scope of the contract and necessary for contract completion, in the specifications, services, time of performance or terms and conditions of the contract, shall be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners for approval.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND The requested increase in spending authority will cover costs to provide additional on-site landscaping/ground maintenance and lawncare services at 16 designated County sites. Additional landscaping services will include the purchase/delivery and installation of landscaping materials such as gravel/rocks, mulch, pine straw, and pallets of sod. The increased spending authority will also cover the completion of Work Order requests for the clearing and removal of damaged trees, over-grown vegetation, site clean-up, and emergency irrigation repairs.
