Request approval of an Intergovernmental Agreement (“IGA”) between the City of Duluth and Fulton County, Georgia for the maintenance of water system interconnection piping to be constructed on the Rogers Bridge; to authorize the County Attorney to approve the IGA as to form and make any necessary modification thereof prior to execution.
