Request approval of a Resolution authorizing Fulton County, Georgia to relinquish its status as an Entitlement Community as defined by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development for the following Federal Grants: Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Solutions Grant, Home Investment Partnership Grant and the Neighborhood Stabilization Program Grant; directing County staff to take necessary steps to end Fulton County's participation in these grant programs; and for other purposes.
