The Police Department recommends approval for this alcohol beverage application.
Citgo Happy Store whose owner Ms. Shainaz Sultana has made application to the Board of Commissioners for a license for the retail sale of Wine and Malt Beverages at the business located at 4060 Martin Luther King Drive, Atlanta, Georgia 30336.
The public hearing was conducted on November 2nd 2022 and no objections were heard. Compliance reviews were conducted and approved by the following departments Police, Zoning, Fire and Code Enforcement. The County Attorney’s Office has reviewed the application package and has determined it complies with the Fulton County Alcoholic Beverage License Ordinance.
