Request approval of recommended proposals - Senior Services 22RFP035A-CJC, Aging Services in the total amount of $4,487,656.46 with (A) Senior Services North, Inc. (Alpharetta, GA) in the amount of $1,779,844.50; (B) South Fulton Senior Services (College Park, GA) in the amount of $1,469,171.63; and (C) Visiting Nurses Health Systems (Atlanta, GA) in the amount of $1,238,640.33 to provide Aging Services for Fulton County seniors aged 60 and above. Effective January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023 with four renewal options. (APPROVED)

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The Department of Senior Services recommends approval of the proposals for Aging Services.
Senior Services is the County-based agency designated to provide Older Americans Act services within Fulton County. The Department is responsible for the planning and coordination of services facilitated through the Aging Services contract.
Scope of Work: The contractors Senior Services North Fulton, South Fulton Senior Services and Visiting Nurses Health Systems will be responsible for fulfilling the deliverables under the terms of the contract as indicated in the Scope of Work. These sub-contractors employ staff to ensure that the coordination of Case Management, Congregate Meals, Neighborhood Senior Center Management and Volunteer Services are provided to residents of Fulton County aged 60 and above.
Community Impact: Approval of the new contracts allows for continued services to seniors of Fulton County.
