Request approval of a Resolution approving a Right of Access License Agreement between the Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family & Children Services (DFCS, Licensee) and Fulton County, Georgia (Licensor), for DFCS to use County-owned property located at 515 Fairburn Road, Atlanta, Georgia, for the collection and distribution of care packages for families in need during the 2025 holiday season; authorizing the Chairman to execute the License Agreement; authorizing the County Attorney to approve the License Agreement as to form and to make any modifications thereto prior to execution; and for other purposes.

Pursuant to Fulton County Code ? 1-117, the Fulton County Board of Commissioners has exclusive jurisdiction and control over directing and controlling all the property of the County, as they may deem expedient, according to law.

SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
Scope of Work: The Georgia Department of Human Services, Division of Family & Children Services, has requested the Fulton County Board of Commissioners' permission to use County-owned real property located at 515 Fairburn Road, Atlanta, Georgia, as the location for its 2025 toy distribution for economically disadvantaged children and families. The facility was previously leased to the State Properties Commission and is currently vacant, pending repurpose by the Department of Real Estate and Asset Management.
Approval of the Board of Commissioners is requested to formalize the rental terms of the License Agreement.
