SUMMARY & BACKGROUND As a result of the public health crisis, the County entered into an Emergency Authorization Agreement with ANKOBIA GROUP LLC to provide program support services for the County Court Backlog Reduction Plan (Project ORCA) in an effort to address the significant backlog of court cases due to Coronavirus (COVID-19).
